About
Naphet
Naphet is the recording project of Tino Naphtali — one artist, two records, and a visual line straight down the middle to prove it. All lyrics are his; the music is written and produced with SUNO AI, used less as a shortcut than as an instrument he never had to learn to play.
He does actually play drums and guitar — just not, as it turns out, at the same time. SUNO AI is what happens when a one-man band refuses to accept that as a limitation.
Every song starts as an observation, a grudge, or both. What comes out the other side depends entirely on which half of the room it lands in.
The White Side
Hirn mit Haltung
Observational, a little sarcastic, mostly harmless. This is Naphet noticing the absurd thing everyone else politely ignored — the sun-hatted neighbor, the van with more followers than miles, the pigeon with opinions — and turning it into a chorus before anyone can stop him.
The Black Side
Nothing Is Fine
Same wit, sharper edges. This is Naphet done smiling — pointing at the jobs, hierarchies and quietly rigged systems everyone learns to live with, and asking why “fine” became the default answer. Still funny. Just not comfortable about it.
Influences & Voice
The reference points are laid-back observation (think The Big Lebowski) crossed with the wordplay and sophistication of German bands like Die Ärzte and SDP — lyrics built in layers, so a line that reads as a joke on first listen can quietly reveal a second, less comfortable one on the third. The songs move between English and German depending on which sounds more like an accusation.
Naphet himself sits exactly where the artwork puts him: on the line between the two halves, belonging fully to neither.
