Schwarzes Album
Nothing Is Fine

We live on the same planet. But our worlds could hardly be more different. Same planet. Different physics. I see the pattern before it appears, got ten ideas before anyone hears. I think it all through, then cut straight to the bone — calculated impulse, somehow fully grown. I see a way out where nobody does, I move before I know what the answer was. I trust my gut when the map gets unclear — blindfolded vision with a destination near. I can bend with the room without bending my whole, change the way I move, never change the goal. I know when to shift and I know when to stand — strategic flexibility, exactly as planned. Maybe it's not me, maybe that's just how it goes. I work pretty damn well — just not the way you're supposed to know. Incompatireality I'm not the problem. Incompatireality I just run a different system. Incompatireality, with the rest of the world. Incompatireality, is just what I'm called. We live on the same planet, but we don't see the same sky, you read what's on the surface, I keep asking why. Same world spinning underneath the same old sun — different rules for everyone. We speak the same language, but the words don't land, you hear what I said, I hear what I meant. Same sentence, different meaning in the mix — different lyrics in the same old script. I can see the whole while you're watching one part, connect all the pieces before they even start. You call it overthinking, I call it seeing ahead — selective objectivity, straight from my head. Maybe it's not me, maybe that's just how it goes. I work pretty damn well — just not the way you're supposed to know. Incompatireality I'm not the problem. Incompatireality I just run a different system. Incompatireality, with the rest of the world. Incompatireality, is just what I'm called. Incompatibility isn't a blame game. You want the truth, but only when it fits, you draw the line and then you move the limits. You call it reason when it serves your side — convenient objectivity, nowhere to hide. You want me flexible, but only on your terms, you praise the rules until the rulebook burns. You ask for compromise, then refuse to bend — selective principles, right up to the end. You call me difficult when I won't play along, then call yourself honest when you're obviously wrong. You want my loyalty, but question what I say — maybe incompatibility works both ways. Incompatireality I'm not the problem. Incompatireality I just run a different system. Incompatireality, with the rest of the world. Incompatireality, is just what I'm called.

A crown was forged from iron and blood, a kingdom raised from the fields and mud. The sword drew borders, the throne drew the line, your blood made you master, or servant by design. The castle stood high while the hungry cried, the king slept warm on the other side. Your place was written before you could speak, some born to command, some born to be weak. Well, the crown is long gone, but the bloodline stayed, the castle fell down, but the walls got remade. No crown, no throne, no royal decree, just the right fuck'n name on the family tree. Cut the crown, tear down the wall — someone else will rule us all. We change the skin We change the sound We dress it up But it comes back around Same old blood Different crown Different gods Still dragging us down First came the chains, the iron, the brand, do what you are told or die where you stand. No say in your life, no will of your own, they worked your damn body right down to the bone. Then came the wage — work or die, same old whip with a tie and a lie. They took your days, then called it a choice, paid you just enough to sell back your voice. Now nobody's gotta hold you down, step out of line and watch the wolves come 'round. No master, no whip — hell, ain't that sweet? We swing it ourselves just to stay on our feet. No chains. No whip. No master to blame. We break our own backs and call it a game. We change the skin We change the sound We dress it up But it comes back around Same old blood Different crown Different gods Still dragging us down First came the gods in the smoke and the flame, give us a sign, give the bloodshed a name. Kneel to the thunder, swear by the sky, fight for your god and be proud when you die. Then came the cross, then the flag, then the creed, one holy truth and a cause to believe. Blessed by the priest, baptized by the state, love your own brothers and learn who to hate. Now they tell you what is wrong and right, and we damn each other from morning to night. No whip in their hands, no chains to control, the crowd does the beating — body and soul. Give us a god — we'll draw the line. Give us a flag — we'll call it mine. Give us an enemy — we'll do the rest. Tell us we're right — we'll call it blessed. We change the skin We change the sound We dress it up But it comes back around Same old blood Different crown Different gods Still dragging us down We laugh at the kings, then we beg for a crown, curse all the tyrants while we tear others down. We call them the blind, with our eyes shut tight, swear we are the good ones — hell, we must be right. We burned for our gods, we bled for our creed, marched under banners for all we believed. Now history's ashes are swept out of sight, we damn the old sinners, then sleep good at night. We changed the damn world, then changed it again, built empires from ashes, then called ourselves men. We changed every rule, every border, every name — but the man never changed. He just changed the game. We changed the world. We changed the rules. We changed the gods. We changed the fools. We changed the blade. We changed the name. We changed the crown. But stayed the same. Same old blood Different crown Different gods Still dragging us down Same old blood We change the sound We dress it up But it comes back around

The darkness makes it all feel right In shadows everything's in sight The world's in perfect order here Where nothing breaks and all's so clear But then the morning breaks it down The light exposes every frown The black fades into blinding white And suddenly you see the fight When darkness breaks away from light When fog just vanishes from sight When dreams and reality collide My thoughts are finally set free Aufgewacht! – the world ain't what I thought Aufgewacht! – but not what I got Overthinking what the world will say Aufgewacht! – it's nothing, no way Aufgewacht! – we're all just standing still Aufgewacht! – across this goddamn hill Overthinking why we don't move on Aufgewacht! – but nothing's ever gone There's not much left for us to see There's not much left that sets us free I cannot break the spell we're in Why we're all locked within the skin When everybody just looks down While all the world goes round and round Nobody moves an inch ahead The whole machine just marks the dread When darkness breaks away from light When fog just vanishes from sight When dreams and reality collide My thoughts are finally set free Aufgewacht! – but nothing's ever gone And when you finally catch the joke That even this song's just smoke and stroke That last drop of hope just runs completely dry You're already too goddamn late to try Because the darkness is a lie we love We pretend it's peace – a gift from high above But waking up just shows you're even more alone And all that order? Just because you cannot see the stone When darkness breaks away from light When fog just vanishes from sight When dreams and reality collide My thoughts are finally set free Aufgewacht! – but nothing's ever gone The last hope that we hold so tight The only thread to hold the light What splits the real from what we fake Won't be freed by love or hate We're still here... standing in the night We're still here... but nothing's right Aufgewacht... and still we fall Aufgewacht... we've lost it all

We heard you once… Did they? We met on a screen in a cold video call, Two strangers pretending it wasn't awkward at all, Talking 'bout systems just to break the ice, A bagsorter story… weirdly precise. "Efficiency's broken," you said with a grin, "Maybe small hands could fix what we're in." A wild idea, but it made damn sense, While silence filled that corporate pretense. You spoke in fire, they answered in stone, Built your visions… just to tear them down. Mr. M.E., can you hear the sound? Of all your words buried underground? We saw the fight, we felt the strain, När ingen lyssnar, why remain? Mr. M.E., don't fade away, Some of us still hear what you say. New leaders came with a different plan, Each one weaker than the last one ran, Reorg after reorg, a beautiful decay, Every step forward just drifted away. You tried to steer, you tried to care, But vision dies in empty air, A thousand changes, none for the good, We stood there watching… misunderstood. You raised your voice, they closed the door, What was passion became a chore. Mr. M.E., can you hear the sound? Of all your words buried underground? We saw the fight, we felt the strain, När ingen lyssnar, why remain? Mr. M.E., don't fade away, Some of us still hear what you say. Not every battle's meant to be won, Not every war needs another gun, You gave your all to a deaf machine, Now you walk away… clean. Now back on screens in a crowded call, No awkward silence this time at all, Faces in squares, but the weight feels real, You say the words we all can feel. No more fixing what won't be saved, No more fighting what won't be changed, The same cold glow, but a different end, You close the chapter… we lose a friend. Mr. M.E., we hear you now, Even if they won't allow, Your fire burned, it lit the way, När hjärtat brinner, you can't stay. Mr. M.E., don't fade away, In better worlds you'll have your say. We heard you… That's enough.

I left the purple skyline behind No meetings anymore No voices asking for more Just silence in the corridor I walked out of the endless plan No race to run, No role to become Just something undone I don't know where this leads No map to follow No future to borrow Only tomorrow The days feel wide and unknown No certainty, Just air and stone And something calling me home The mountain was calling Long before I knew its name Through the noise and repetition Of everything I became The mountain was calling Soft beneath the passing time The life in my hands is the life I trust While the rest fades into the line Now wood meets the morning air No urgency, Just nails and care And a structure growing there Stone against the hillside slow Nothing loud, Nothing to show Just something I begin to know The mountain was calling Long before I knew its name Through the noise and repetition Of everything I became The mountain was calling Soft beneath the passing time The life in my hands is the life I trust While the rest fades into the line The mountain was calling... Long before I knew... Now I hear it too...

Steel in the air, a nervous sky The ground hums low like a reason why A boardroom lit by emergency green Where nobody speaks what they really mean [Verse1] They draw the borders with polished hands While selling the sea and rebranding lands A handshake smiles, a policy signed And suddenly futures are redefined They count the cost in distant noise In other names, in other voices And somewhere far, but never too far The damage becomes a closing bar [Pre-Chorus] And we learn to whisper, not to shout To never ask what it's about But underneath the quiet skin The pressure starts to cave us in [Chorus] We watch the world in perfect spin While fewer hands decide what wins They sell the truth in polished lies Behind the smoke, behind disguise And every flag just waves in vain Like branding for a bigger game We scream it out, it stays the same— FCK WAR!!! FCK WAR!!! [instrumental hook] [Verse2] They meet in rooms with climate air Discussing how to "show they care" A war becomes a quarterly rise With human cost as compromise They map the world in profit lines And call it fate in suit-and-ties And every "necessary" move Is just a system they approve [Pre-Chorus] And we applaud the quiet theft Of everything that we have left But something cracks beneath the show A question that we start to know [Chorus] We watch the world in perfect spin While fewer hands decide what wins… And every flag just waves in vain… We scream it out, it stays the same— FCK WAR!!! FCK WAR!!! [ambient break] [breakdown] No crown, no throne, no righteous hand Just shifting lines in shifting sand And every promise turns to dust In systems built on managed trust [Final Chorus] We watch the world in perfect spin… They sell the truth in polished lies… We scream it out, it stays the same— FCK WAR!!! [Outro] Steel in the air, a nervous sky… And someone calls it "reasons why"
